JKRLM Women Empowerment से ग्रामीण महिलाओं को नई उड़ान
ग्रामीण महिलाओं को livelihood, financial support और self-employment के नए अवसर मिल रहे हैं
Srinagar/Pulwama: जम्मू-कश्मीर में Women Empowerment और ग्रामीण रोजगार को बढ़ावा देने में Self-Help Group (SHG) movement तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है। Rural Development Department (RDD) और Panchayati Raj के Secretary Mohammad Aijaz Asad ने कहा कि Jammu and Kashmir Rural Livelihoods Mission (JKRLM-UMEED) ने livelihood generation, financial inclusion और women empowerment के क्षेत्र में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है।
उन्होंने कहा कि Mission के माध्यम से हजारों ग्रामीण महिलाएं आर्थिक रूप से self-reliant बन रही हैं और अपने communities के socio-economic development में योगदान दे रही हैं।
Umeed Ka Zaika से महिलाओं को मिल रहा Business Opportunity
Mohammad Aijaz Asad ने शुक्रवार को Pulwama और Srinagar का दौरा किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने “Umeed Ka Zaika” Food Service Enterprises (FSEs) का निरीक्षण किया, जिन्हें Awantipora और Srinagar में स्थापित किया गया है।
ये kiosks JKRLM की women-led Food Service Enterprises chain का हिस्सा हैं। इन्हें National Resource Organisation (NRO), Kudumbashree की technical support से develop किया गया है।
इन Food Service Enterprises का संचालन पूरी तरह women Self-Help Groups द्वारा किया जा रहा है। JKRLM की ओर से इन groups को infrastructure, capacity building, technical guidance और लगातार handholding support दिया जा रहा है, ताकि वे अपने businesses को sustainable तरीके से चला सकें और long-term income generate कर सकें।
AGEY से ग्रामीण महिलाओं को रोजगार और Transport सुविधा
दौरे के दौरान Secretary ने Pulwama district के SHG members को Aajeevika Grameen Express Yojana (AGEY) के तहत उपलब्ध कराए गए vehicles का inauguration और flag-off भी किया।
इस initiative का उद्देश्य remote rural areas में last-mile transport connectivity को मजबूत करने के साथ महिलाओं के लिए sustainable self-employment opportunities पैदा करना है।
उन्होंने AGEY के तहत खरीदे गए एक eco-friendly vehicle का भी inspection किया। उन्होंने बताया कि JKRLM ने vehicle की purchase के लिए ₹6 लाख से अधिक की financial assistance उपलब्ध कराई है।
उन्होंने कहा कि यह scheme remote villages में transportation gaps को दूर करने के साथ rural women के लिए stable और dignified livelihood के अवसर भी पैदा कर रही है।
Rural Women में बढ़ रहा Confidence
Food Service Enterprise चला रहीं SHG members से बातचीत के दौरान Aijaz Asad ने उनके entrepreneurial spirit की सराहना की।
उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसी initiatives ग्रामीण महिलाओं में confidence और hope की नई भावना पैदा कर रही हैं। खास बात यह है कि महिलाओं को उनके घरों के आसपास ही sustainable livelihood opportunities मिल रही हैं।
उन्होंने बताया कि एक Food Service Enterprise Pulwama में स्थापित किया गया है, जबकि इसी तरह के enterprises कई अन्य districts में पहले से operational हैं। आने वाले समय में इनका expansion पूरे Union Territory में किया जाएगा।
महिलाओं को Successful Rural Entrepreneurs बनाने का लक्ष्य
Mohammad Aijaz Asad ने कहा कि सरकार का उद्देश्य ग्रामीण महिलाओं को financially independent बनाना है, ताकि वे successful rural entrepreneurs के रूप में sustainable enterprises को manage कर सकें।
उन्होंने कहा कि women-led enterprises में rural economy को मजबूत करने की काफी potential है और इन initiatives के encouraging results सामने आ रहे हैं।
JKRLM बढ़ाएगा Farm और Non-Farm Livelihood Opportunities
Secretary ने कहा कि JKRLM farm और non-farm livelihood interventions के माध्यम से rural households की income opportunities को diversify करने पर लगातार काम करेगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि rural livelihood development एक continuous journey है और Mission का focus रोजगार के नए अवसर पैदा करने, rural livelihoods को मजबूत करने और महिलाओं को economically empower करने पर बना रहेगा।
उन्होंने JKRLM team के dedicated efforts की भी सराहना की और Managing Director Dr. Shubhra Sharma तथा field functionaries के योगदान की प्रशंसा की।
J&K में 8.5 लाख Rural Women JKRLM से जुड़ी
Managing Director, JKRLM, Dr. Shubhra Sharma ने कहा कि Mission Self-Help Groups (SHGs) और Cluster Level Federations (CLFs) के माध्यम से rural women को sustainable livelihood opportunities उपलब्ध कराने के लिए committed है।
उन्होंने बताया कि जम्मू-कश्मीर में करीब 96,000 Self-Help Groups JKRLM से जुड़े हैं, जिनमें लगभग 8.5 लाख rural women शामिल हैं।
Dr. Shubhra Sharma ने कहा कि Mission महिलाओं को financial inclusion, bank credit linkage, livelihood promotion, leadership development और capacity building के माध्यम से मजबूत कर रहा है।
इन efforts से ग्रामीण महिलाएं financially independent बनने के साथ community development और inclusive rural growth में भी सक्रिय भूमिका निभा रही हैं।
