Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana: 70 Lakh Jobs Milestone

भारत में employment generation को लेकर एक बड़ी खुशखबरी सामने आई है। प्रधानमंत्री ने बताया कि Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PM-VBRY) के तहत अब तक देशभर में 70 lakh से ज्यादा लोगों को रोजगार मिला है। इस मौके पर उन्होंने 15 lakh new jobs को support करने के लिए करीब ₹2,400 crore की incentive राशि DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) के जरिए beneficiaries के bank accounts में transfer की।

इस event में प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि यह scheme सिर्फ financial support नहीं है, बल्कि युवाओं की मेहनत और उनके future पर देश के भरोसे का प्रतीक है।

Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana: 15 Lakh New Jobs को मिला बड़ा Boost

सरकार की flagship employment-linked incentive scheme का मकसद first-time job seekers को support करना और social security coverage को बढ़ाना है। August last year में शुरू हुई इस योजना के तहत:

• अब तक 70 lakh से ज्यादा new jobs create हुई हैं
• इतने ही first-time employees को social security system में जोड़ा गया है
• करीब 20 lakh youth ने अपने first job में 6 months complete किए हैं
• लगभग 10 lakh beneficiaries को milestone पूरा करने पर incentive मिल चुका है

Government, Industry और Youth का Strong Connection

Narendra Modi ने कहा कि employment growth तब तेज होती है जब Government, industry और youth एक साथ काम करते हैं। यह initiative “New India” का reflection है, जहां job creation को national mission की तरह देखा जा रहा है।

उन्होंने कहा कि PM-VBRY केवल एक scheme नहीं है, बल्कि यह young workers और industries के बीच एक strong bridge बनाती है।

Employment के साथ Social Security पर Focus

सरकार पिछले 12 years से employment ecosystem को मजबूत करने पर काम कर रही है। इस दौरान:

• infrastructure, manufacturing और innovation में बड़े reforms हुए हैं
• digital economy, space technology और startups को बढ़ावा मिला है
• “Make in India”, “Vocal for Local” और “Mission Manufacturing” जैसे initiatives ने job opportunities बढ़ाई हैं

इसके साथ-साथ Government ने EPFO modernization, pension systems simplification और health insurance access को भी expand किया है।

Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana Women: Workforce और Future Skills पर जोर

Prime Minister ने महिलाओं की बढ़ती भागीदारी को भी highlight किया। उन्होंने बताया कि:

• night-shift jobs में reforms
• work-from-home opportunities को promote करना
• workplace safety को strengthen करना

इन सबका मकसद women employment participation बढ़ाना है।

उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि 21st century में success उन्हीं देशों को मिलेगी जो skilled talent, innovation और quality पर focus करेंगे—और India इन तीनों क्षेत्रों में तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है।
