J&K Education Conference में Teachers के लिए बड़ा संदेश

J&K Education Conference में बच्चों के future और education system को लेकर कई महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर चर्चा हुई। Chief Minister Omar Abdullah ने कहा कि बच्चों का भविष्य संवारने की जिम्मेदारी सिर्फ Teachers की नहीं है। Government, Parents और Teachers को मिलकर बच्चों को तेजी से बदलती दुनिया के लिए तैयार करना होगा।

उन्होंने यह बात J&K Teachers Forum की ओर से SKICC में आयोजित एक-day Education Conference के दौरान कही। Conference की theme “Child is Our Priority” थी, जिसमें educators, researchers, policymakers और teachers ने education sector से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर चर्चा की।

बदलते समय के साथ Teachers की चुनौतियां बढ़ीं

Omar Abdullah ने कहा कि आज Teachers के सामने 10, 15 या 20 साल पहले की तुलना में काफी अलग challenges हैं। Smartphones, social media, television channels और अब Artificial Intelligence (AI) ने बच्चों का attention पाने की competition को और मुश्किल बना दिया है।

उन्होंने कहा कि बच्चों को questions पूछने के लिए encourage करना जरूरी है, लेकिन उन्हें answers को सुनना और समझना भी सीखना चाहिए।

Chief Minister ने यह भी माना कि Government की ओर से Teachers को classroom teaching के अलावा कई अतिरिक्त duties दी जाती हैं। Cultural programmes, national events, Nasha Mukt Bharat campaigns और election-related duties जैसी जिम्मेदारियां भी Teachers को निभानी पड़ती हैं।

Teachers की Service Issues हल करने का भरोसा

Omar Abdullah ने Teachers को भरोसा दिलाया कि Government उनकी genuine service-related समस्याओं पर काम करेगी। उन्होंने transfers, Departmental Promotion Committees (DPCs), vacancies और अन्य issues को resolve करने की बात कही।

उन्होंने कहा कि Education Minister Sakina Itoo के साथ मिलकर Teachers की समस्याओं को दूर करने की कोशिश की जाएगी।

Remote Schools की स्थिति पर भी चिंता

Chief Minister ने remote और rural areas में काम कर रहे Teachers की मुश्किलों का भी जिक्र किया। उन्होंने कहा कि कई remote schools में Teachers को कठिन परिस्थितियों में काम करना पड़ता है।

उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि कुछ city schools में Teachers की संख्या ज्यादा है, जबकि remote schools में staff shortage बनी हुई है। Infrastructure की कमी, rented buildings और unsafe school buildings जैसी समस्याओं को भी उन्होंने Government की responsibility बताया।

बच्चों को Future के लिए तैयार करने पर जोर

Omar Abdullah ने कहा कि दुनिया तेजी से बदल रही है और Education System को बच्चों को आने वाले समय के लिए तैयार करना होगा। उन्होंने Teachers से बच्चों की aspirations पहचानने और उन्हें Jammu and Kashmir के लिए positive contribution करने के लिए तैयार करने का आह्वान किया।

उन्होंने साफ कहा कि education में बदलाव की पूरी जिम्मेदारी Teachers की नहीं है। Government को बेहतर infrastructure उपलब्ध कराने, vacancies भरने और Teachers को सही working environment देने की जिम्मेदारी निभानी होगी।

TET Issue पर Government की कोशिश जारी

Chief Minister ने Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) का मुद्दा भी उठाया। उन्होंने कहा कि Government इस matter को लगातार उठाती रही है और आगे भी J&K students के education interests को ध्यान में रखते हुए अपनी आवाज उठाती रहेगी।

Conference में Education Minister Sakina Itoo, Advisor to Chief Minister Nasir Aslam Wani, कई MLAs, education officials, J&K Teachers Forum के पदाधिकारी और बड़ी संख्या में Teachers मौजूद रहे।
