Health Department की Pending Service Rules पर हुई बैठक
Health Service Rules J&K को लेकर Jammu Kashmir Legislative Assembly की Committee on Subordinate Legislation ने अहम meeting की। Committee ने Health and Medical Education Department की pending service rules की समीक्षा करते हुए कर्मचारियों के service rights और career benefits से जुड़े मामलों पर चर्चा की।
बैठक की अध्यक्षता Muzaffar Iqbal Khan ने की। इसमें Committee members Hilal Akbar Lone, Peerzada Feroze Ahamad, Khursheed Ahmad Sheikh और Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi भी मौजूद रहे।
कई Service Rules लंबे समय से Pending
Meeting के दौरान Committee ने Health Department की कई service rules की स्थिति की समीक्षा की। Committee ने पाया कि कुछ महत्वपूर्ण rules काफी लंबे समय से Administrative Reforms, Inspections and Trainings (ARI & Trainings) Department या संबंधित विभाग के पास pending हैं।
Committee ने इस delay पर चिंता जताते हुए कहा कि service rules को finalise करने में देरी से कर्मचारियों के अधिकारों और उनके हितों पर असर पड़ रहा है।
Officials से मांगा जाएगा Delay का जवाब
Committee ने फैसला लिया कि अगली meeting में संबंधित administrative heads को बुलाया जाएगा। उनसे pending rules को लेकर देरी के कारणों की जानकारी मांगी जाएगी और जल्द समाधान के लिए steps उठाए जाएंगे।
Committee का कहना है कि employees से जुड़े service matters को समय पर clear करना जरूरी है, ताकि उन्हें promotion, career growth और अन्य benefits में परेशानी न हो।
Chairman ने समय पर Rules लागू करने पर दिया जोर
Chairman Muzaffar Iqbal Khan ने कहा कि Subordinate Legislation Committee की जिम्मेदारी है कि सभी statutory rules की proper scrutiny हो और उन्हें समय पर तैयार कर लागू किया जाए।
उन्होंने कहा कि service rules में unnecessary delay नहीं होना चाहिए, क्योंकि इसका सीधा असर government employees की service conditions और future opportunities पर पड़ता है।
J&K Employees के हित में जल्द Action की उम्मीद
Committee ने उम्मीद जताई कि संबंधित departments आपसी coordination के साथ pending issues को जल्द resolve करेंगे। इससे Jammu Kashmir Health Department employees को राहत मिलेगी और administrative system को भी बेहतर बनाने में मदद मिलेगी।
