Diesel Supply Restrictions India: Government Fuel Rules Update
भारत में fuel shortage रोकने के लिए Government ने diesel sale पर 200 litre limit और industrial buyers पर strict ban लगाया
भारत में fuel policy को लेकर बड़ा बदलाव हुआ है। Diesel Supply Restrictions India के तहत Government ने petrol और diesel supply पर नए strict rules लागू किए हैं। इस Diesel Supply Restrictions India order का मकसद fuel shortage रोकना और supply system को control करना है।
What is the New Fuel Control Order?
The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas ने Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel (Temporary Regulation of Supply through Retail Outlets) Order, 2026 जारी किया है। इसका main aim supply chain stability बनाए रखना और local shortage को रोकना है।
Diesel Limit Fixed at 200 Litres
New rule के अनुसार:
- एक vehicle या customer को per day maximum 200 litres diesel मिलेगा
- Diesel सिर्फ vehicle tank या PESO-approved container में ही भरा जाएगा
- किसी भी तरह की resale strictly banned है
Ban on Industrial & Commercial Fuel Buying
अब से:
- Industrial, commercial और institutional users retail petrol pumps से fuel नहीं खरीद सकते
- उन्हें अपने consumer pumps से fuel लेना होगा
- यह step bulk buying और abnormal demand growth रोकने के लिए लिया गया है
Why This Decision Was Taken?
Government के अनुसार:
- Global geopolitical crisis से supply chain disturb हुई है
- Diesel की abnormal demand कई regions में बढ़ी है
- Price difference की वजह से bulk users retail pumps की तरफ shift हो गए थे
Delhi में retail diesel ₹95.20/litre है जबकि bulk price ₹134.50/litre तक पहुँच गया था, जिससे imbalance पैदा हुआ।
90 Days Temporary Restriction
- ये order initially 90 days तक valid रहेगा
- जरूरत पड़ने पर इसे extend किया जा सकता है
- State Governments को strict enforcement के instructions दिए गए हैं
Strict Action Against Violations
Order के तहत:
- hoarding, black marketing और illegal procurement पर action होगा
- Oil Marketing Companies (IOC, BPCL, HPCL) को enforcement power दी गई है
- Violations को Essential Commodities Act के तहत punish किया जाएगा
Government’s Main Objective
इस पूरे कदम का goal है:
- fuel supply की equitable availability
- local shortages रोकना
- essential services की uninterrupted supply बनाए रखना
