Lavender Festival 2026 Bhaderwah: Purple Revolution Growth

Bhaderwah में आयोजित दो दिवसीय Lavender Festival 2026 का रविवार को भव्य समापन हुआ। Lavender Festival 2026 Bhaderwah सिर्फ एक festival नहीं बल्कि “Purple Revolution” की मजबूत पहचान बनकर सामने आया, जिसने farmers, scientists, startups और government stakeholders को एक ही मंच पर जोड़ दिया।

इस मौके पर सभी stakeholders ने मिलकर यह संकल्प दोहराया कि Bhaderwah को जल्द ही एक globally recognised centre बनाया जाएगा, जहाँ lavender cultivation, processing और aroma-based entrepreneurship को नई ऊँचाइयों तक पहुंचाया जाएगा।

“Lavender Goes Global” Theme के साथ बड़ा Vision

यह festival CSIR-Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine द्वारा CSIR Aroma Mission के तहत organized किया गया। इस वर्ष का theme था “Lavender Goes Global”, जिसने पूरे event को एक international vision दिया।

Farmers, startup founders, scientists, industry leaders, students और policymakers ने मिलकर Bhaderwah की journey को traditional agriculture से लेकर India के emerging Lavender Capital तक पहुँचाने की कहानी साझा की।

Technical Sessions और Industry Interaction

Festival के दूसरे दिन कई महत्वपूर्ण activities हुईं जैसे:

• Technical sessions
• Buyer-seller meetings
• Industry interactions
• Startup & innovation showcases

Leading aroma और fragrance companies ने market trends, export opportunities और global demand पर detailed insights दिए।

Startups ने अपने value-added lavender products जैसे oils, perfumes और wellness items को showcase किया और new business opportunities explore कीं।

CSIR-IIIM Director का बड़ा Statement

Valedictory session में Director CSIR-IIIM Jammu, Dr. Zabeer Ahmed ने कहा कि इस festival की overwhelming response यह दिखाती है कि Aroma Mission लगातार success की ओर बढ़ रही है।

उन्होंने Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh के vision को याद करते हुए कहा कि “Lavender Goes Global” सिर्फ slogan नहीं बल्कि एक practical roadmap बन चुका है, जो farmers और entrepreneurs के future को transform करेगा।

उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि इस platform ने cultivation, processing, value addition और market expansion को एक common ecosystem में जोड़ दिया है।

Farmers बने Purple Revolution की Backbone

Dr. Ahmed ने साफ कहा कि इस पूरी lavender movement की असली ताकत farmers हैं। उन्होंने उन्हें “Purple Revolution का driving force” बताया।

Government और scientific institutions technology, training और support दे सकते हैं, लेकिन real transformation ground level पर farmers की मेहनत से ही संभव हुआ है।

Future priorities में उन्होंने ये points highlight किए:

• Advanced distillation systems
• Better processing units
• Branding & marketing
• Tourism integration
• Value-added product development

Bhaderwah का Tourism Potential भी Highlight

Additional Deputy Commissioner Sunil Kumar Bhutyal ने कहा कि Bhaderwah सिर्फ lavender fields तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यह एक complete tourism destination है।

यहाँ पर:

• Scenic landscapes
• Adventure tourism
• Horticulture
• Religious tourism
• Rich cultural heritage
• Local cuisine

जैसी खूबियाँ मौजूद हैं। उन्होंने visitors से अपील की कि वे Bhaderwah के ambassadors बनें और इसकी beauty को दुनिया तक पहुँचाएं।

Collaboration ने बदली Bhaderwah की तस्वीर

Officials ने बताया कि district administration और CSIR-IIIM की partnership ने Bhaderwah को national recognition दिलाने में key role निभाया है।

इस transformation में support मिला है Narendra Modi सरकार के initiatives और Dr. Jitendra Singh की लगातार efforts से, जिन्होंने lavender cultivation को rural income का strong source बनाने में मदद की।

Knowledge Sharing और Entrepreneurship Boost

Principal Scientist Dr. Suphla Gupta ने बताया कि Aroma Mission सिर्फ cultivation तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यह एक complete value chain है:

• Marketing
• Startup support

उन्होंने कहा कि farmers और entrepreneurs के बीच continuous learning ही इस mission को successful बनाती है।

Felicitation Ceremony में सम्मान

Valedictory session में progressive farmers, startups, scientists, exhibitors और industry stakeholders को सम्मानित किया गया। यह recognition इस बात का प्रतीक था कि सभी stakeholders मिलकर Bhaderwah की Purple Economy को मजबूत कर रहे हैं।

Farmers के लिए नया Income Source

Festival में कई farmers ने बताया कि lavender cultivation ने उनकी life बदल दी है। पहले traditional crops पर निर्भरता थी, लेकिन अब lavender एक profitable alternative बन चुका है, जिससे rural entrepreneurship को भी boost मिला है।
