J&K Industrial Development को बड़ा Boost
J&K में industrial units के लिए बड़ी राहत, ₹5,630.75 crore की उपलब्ध राशि से 918 से ज्यादा units को registration मिल सकता है।
J&K Industrial Development को बढ़ावा देने के लिए Central Government की Apex Committee ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है। New Central Sector Scheme (NCSS) के तहत करीब ₹5,630.75 crore की उपलब्ध राशि का इस्तेमाल 918 पहले से registered units के अलावा eligible industrial units को registration देने के लिए किया जा सकता है।
इस फैसले से waiting list में शामिल उन industrial units को राहत मिलने की उम्मीद है, जिन्होंने NCSS के तहत registration के लिए आवेदन किया है। Registration के लिए पहले से जारी procedure ही follow किया जाएगा और priority registration date के आधार पर तय होगी।
J&K Industrial Development के लिए ₹5,630.75 Crore
Apex Committee के अनुसार scheme में उपलब्ध राशि मुख्य रूप से investment और approved allocation से जुड़ी savings के कारण सामने आई है।
- ₹4,551.01 crore DPR में proposed investment और actual plant & machinery investment के अंतर से उपलब्ध होने का अनुमान है।
- करीब ₹1,079.74 crore approved scheme allocation में से available है।
- कुल मिलाकर करीब ₹5,630.75 crore additional registrations के लिए उपलब्ध हो सकता है।
Industrial Units को Registration में मिलेगी राहत
Eligible units को waiting list से registration देने की प्रक्रिया में existing rules का पालन किया जाएगा। Authorities को application process transparent रखने और किसी भी missing document या error की जानकारी applicant को portal के जरिए देने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
Scheme की कुल financial liability ₹28,119 crore की approved limit से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। GST rates में कमी से करीब ₹3,500 crore की expected savings को additional registrations के लिए इस्तेमाल करने पर final decision बाद में लिया जाएगा।
J&K में Industrial Growth पर Focus
J&K Industrial Development scheme के जरिए Union Territory में investment बढ़ाने और नए employment opportunities create करने पर focus किया जा रहा है। NCSS के तहत registered units को 2037 तक incentives मिलने की उम्मीद है।
Jammu and Kashmir administration ने incentive amount को बढ़ाकर ₹75,000 crore करने की मांग भी की है, ताकि registration के लिए आवेदन करने वाली अधिक industrial units को scheme का benefit मिल सके।
