Budgam Development Works: DDC ने दिए Fast Execution के सख्त निर्देश

Budgam Development Works की physical और financial progress को तेज करने के लिए District Development Commissioner (DDC) Athar Aamir Khan ने District Capex 2026-27 के तहत approved projects की detailed review meeting की। Meeting में विभिन्न departments के ongoing और proposed works की progress का जायजा लिया गया और projects को निर्धारित timelines के भीतर पूरा करने पर जोर दिया गया।

Budgam Development Works की Progress की समीक्षा

DDC Athar Aamir Khan ने concerned departments को estimates को जल्द finalize करने, 100 percent tendering सुनिश्चित करने और projects को earliest possible time पर execution में लाने के निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि approved works की progress पर लगातार monitoring जरूरी है, ताकि physical और financial targets समय पर हासिल किए जा सकें। Officers को projects की implementation में unnecessary delay से बचने और execution की pace बढ़ाने के निर्देश दिए गए।

District Capex 2026-27 के Works पर Focus

Meeting की शुरुआत में DDC ने department-wise review किया। इस दौरान Rural Development Department (RDD), Public Works Department (PWD), Minor Irrigation, Youth Services and Sports, Health, Jal Shakti, Ground Water, Power Development Department (PDD), JAKEDA और अन्य departments के works की physical और financial progress की जानकारी ली गई।

DDC ने concerned officers से ongoing projects की current status और execution में आने वाली समस्याओं की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने departments को आपसी coordination के साथ pending issues को जल्द resolve करने को कहा।

100% Tendering और Fast Execution के निर्देश

DDC ने सभी concerned departments को estimates पूरा करने और 100 percent tendering का process निर्धारित समय में पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि tendering के बाद projects को execution stage में लाने में किसी तरह की अनावश्यक देरी नहीं होनी चाहिए।

उन्होंने officers को pace of work बढ़ाने और prescribed timelines का सख्ती से पालन करने को कहा, ताकि District Capex 2026-27 के तहत approved development projects का लाभ लोगों तक समय पर पहुंच सके।

Field Inspection और Quality Monitoring पर जोर

Budgam Development Works की quality और timely completion सुनिश्चित करने के लिए DDC ने regular field inspections करने के निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि ongoing works की effective supervision से execution में आने वाली gaps और shortcomings को समय रहते identify किया जा सकता है। इसके बाद corrective measures लेकर projects की quality standards को maintain किया जा सकेगा।

DDC ने officers को ground level पर projects की progress personally monitor करने और execution में सामने आने वाली practical problems को तुरंत address करने पर जोर दिया।

Physical और Financial Targets समय पर पूरे करने के निर्देश

Meeting के दौरान DDC ने कहा कि development works में केवल physical progress ही नहीं, बल्कि financial targets की achievement भी equally important है।

उन्होंने concerned departments को proper coordination बनाए रखने, work execution की pace तेज करने और निर्धारित timelines के अनुसार projects complete करने के निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि regular monitoring और inter-departmental coordination से District Capex 2026-27 के works को बेहतर तरीके से execute किया जा सकता है।

Senior Officers रहे मौजूद

Meeting में Additional District Development Commissioner Vivek Agarwal, Joint Director Planning, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Education Officer, Assistant Commissioner Development, Assistant Commissioner Panchayat सहित विभिन्न departments के senior officers मौजूद रहे।

इसके अलावा Executive Engineers of R&B and PDD, other engineering wings, Block Development Officers, Assistant Executive Engineers और अन्य concerned officers ने भी meeting में हिस्सा लिया।

DDC ने सभी officers से development projects को priority के साथ आगे बढ़ाने और निर्धारित समय में quality standards के अनुरूप पूरा करने का आह्वान किया। उन्होंने कहा कि effective supervision, timely tendering और coordinated execution से Budgam में development works की progress को और बेहतर बनाया जा सकता है।
