AI Revolution in J&K: बच्चों का Future अब Smart, Healthcare होगा Transparent

जम्मू-कश्मीर में education और healthcare sectors को पूरी तरह बदलने की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम उठाया गया है। Health and Medical Education, Social Welfare और Education Minister Sakeena Itoo ने एक high-level meeting की अध्यक्षता की, जिसमें IIT Jammu द्वारा पेश किए गए Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। इस initiative का मकसद है कि स्कूलों और hospitals में modern technology का इस्तेमाल कर system को smarter, faster और transparent बनाया जाए।

इस meeting में Health and Education departments के senior officers, including Commissioner Secretary M. Raju और State Health Agency के CEO Anant Dwivedi भी शामिल हुए—कुछ physically और कुछ video conferencing के जरिए जुड़े। साफ है कि सरकार अब digital transformation को ground level तक ले जाने के mood में है।

 School Education में AI: बच्चों के लिए Future-Ready Curriculum

बैठक के दौरान Minister ने खास तौर पर इस बात पर जोर दिया कि schools में एक structured AI curriculum तैयार किया जाए, जो primary से लेकर higher secondary level तक लागू हो। इस curriculum में AI fundamentals, generative AI का responsible use, prompt engineering और computational thinking जैसे topics शामिल होंगे।

उन्होंने IIT Jammu को निर्देश दिया कि वे School Education Department के साथ मिलकर grassroots level पर discussions करें, ताकि curriculum practical और बच्चों के लिए easy-to-understand हो सके।

सरकार का focus सिर्फ किताबों तक सीमित नहीं है। Smart Classrooms और Atal Tinkering Labs जैसे existing platforms को भी AI initiatives के साथ integrate करने की बात कही गई है। इसका सीधा मतलब है—learning अब सिर्फ theory नहीं, बल्कि real-life problem solving पर आधारित होगी।

 Innovation और Experiential Learning पर जोर

Minister ने कहा कि आज के समय में सिर्फ पढ़ाई नहीं, बल्कि innovation और experiential learning जरूरी है। AI-based education से students को local problems के लिए technology-driven solutions बनाने का मौका मिलेगा।

सोचिए—एक छोटा सा student अपने गांव की water supply problem को AI tools से solve कर सकता है। यही vision है इस initiative का। इससे Jammu & Kashmir में एक future-ready workforce तैयार होगी, जो global level पर compete कर सकेगी।

 Regional Languages में AI: हर बच्चे तक पहुंचे Technology

Inclusivity को ध्यान में रखते हुए Minister ने निर्देश दिया कि AI education content को regional languages में भी उपलब्ध कराया जाए। इसका फायदा यह होगा कि remote और underserved areas के students भी इस digital revolution का हिस्सा बन सकेंगे।

यह कदम खास तौर पर rural students के लिए game changer साबित हो सकता है, जहां language barrier अक्सर learning में सबसे बड़ी रुकावट बनता है।

 Healthcare Sector में AI: Transparent और Efficient System की ओर कदम

Education के साथ-साथ healthcare sector में भी AI का इस्तेमाल बढ़ाने पर जोर दिया गया। Minister ने कहा कि modern technologies अपनाकर एक transparent, efficient और accountable healthcare system तैयार किया जाना चाहिए।

Health Department को निर्देश दिए गए कि वे AI-based solutions का detailed study करें, जिससे governance मजबूत हो और service delivery बेहतर बने।

 Fraud Detection में AI का इस्तेमाल: AB-PMJAY/SEHAT Schemes पर फोकस

Meeting में एक अहम मुद्दा था—fraud detection। Minister ने स्पष्ट कहा कि AB-PMJAY और SEHAT schemes में AI का इस्तेमाल कर मजबूत monitoring system तैयार किया जाए।

इससे यह सुनिश्चित होगा कि government funds सही beneficiaries तक पहुंचे और किसी तरह का misuse न हो। AI algorithms suspicious patterns को जल्दी detect कर सकते हैं, जिससे fraud cases को समय रहते रोका जा सकता है।

 Hospital Management में AI: Better Patient Care का नया मॉडल

AI का इस्तेमाल सिर्फ fraud detection तक सीमित नहीं रहेगा। सरकार hospital operations को भी optimize करने की योजना बना रही है।

इसमें शामिल हैं:

• Bed management system
• Workforce planning
• Ambulance deployment
• Infrastructure utilization

इन improvements से hospitals में efficiency बढ़ेगी और patients को faster और better treatment मिलेगा।

 IIT Jammu के साथ मिलकर बनेगा Roadmap

सरकार ने सभी departments को निर्देश दिया है कि वे IIT Jammu के साथ close coordination में काम करें और एक comprehensive roadmap तैयार करें।

इस roadmap के तहत AI initiatives को phase-wise implement किया जाएगा, ताकि execution smooth और effective रहे। IIT Jammu की team ने इस दौरान detailed proposals भी प्रस्तुत किए, जिनमें AI-driven solutions को government schools और healthcare systems में integrate करने की योजना शामिल है।

AI से बदलेगा जम्मू-कश्मीर का Future

Minister Sakeena Itoo ने दोहराया कि सरकार modernization और innovation-led governance के लिए पूरी तरह committed है। उनका कहना है कि AI adoption से Jammu & Kashmir एक technology-driven और citizen-centric state बन सकता है।

यह initiative सिर्फ एक policy नहीं, बल्कि एक vision है—जहां हर student tech-savvy होगा और हर citizen को बेहतर healthcare services मिलेंगी।
