Kargil Council Crisis: NC-Congress Power Dispute

LAHDC Kargil में Power Sharing को लेकर तनाव

Ladakh के Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) Kargil में NC-Congress alliance के बीच अब टकराव की खबर सामने आ रही है। Chairman-cum-CEC Dr Mohd Jaffer Akhoon ने अपना ढाई साल का term पूरा होने के बाद भी पद छोड़ने से इंकार कर दिया है।

Kargil Council Crisis को लेकर Ladakh के LAHDC Kargil में बड़ा विवाद सामने आया है। इस Kargil Council Crisis के तहत NC और Congress के बीच power sharing को लेकर टकराव बढ़ गया है।

Power Sharing Agreement क्या था?

इस Kargil Council Crisis की जड़ power sharing agreement है, जो पहले से तय था।
इस agreement के मुताबिक:

• National Conference (NC) और Congress दोनों 2.5–2.5 साल Council चलाएंगे
• पहला term NC को मिला था
• Dr Akhoon को 18 October 2023 को CEC बनाया गया

👉 उनका term 18 April 2026 को खत्म हो चुका है, लेकिन अभी तक change नहीं हुआ।

Kargil Council Crisis: Dr Akhoon ने क्यों नहीं छोड़ा पद?

Dr Akhoon का कहना है कि:

• Ladakh में हाल ही में नए districts बने हैं
• Leh Council के elections अभी तक नहीं हुए

👉 इसी वजह से उन्होंने तुरंत resignation नहीं दिया।

Congress और NC की क्या प्रतिक्रिया है?

• Congress leader Asgar Ali Karbalai ने कहा कि बातचीत चल रही है
• Ladakh MP Hanifa Jan (NC) ने कहा कि issue जल्दी resolve होगा

👉 दोनों parties के बीच meeting भी तय है।

House Strength और Political गणित

LAHDC Kargil में total 30 seats हैं:

• NC: 12
• Congress: 10
• BJP + Nominated: 6
• Independents: 2

👉 Majority के लिए 16 seats जरूरी हैं

Sources के मुताबिक, NC अगर कुछ और support ले आए तो power में बने रहने की कोशिश कर सकती है।

Executive Councilors का भी विरोध

• Congress के 2 Executive Councilors office नहीं जा रहे
• Youth Congress ने भी Dr Akhoon से resign करने की मांग की है

👉 इससे Kargil Council Crisis और गहरा गया है।

आगे क्या हो सकता है?

• Congress no-confidence motion ला सकती है
• Coordination Committee फैसला ले सकती है
• New political arrangement भी बन सकता है

👉 Ladakh में districts बढ़ने के बाद future में Councils का structure भी बदल सकता है।
