Srinagar Protest: बढ़ा Tension, Security हुई Tight

Srinagar Protest को लेकर बुधवार को Srinagar में political activity तेज हो गई है। BJP और National Conference (NC) के अलग-अलग protest plans को देखते हुए Lal Chowk, Jawahar Nagar और आसपास के इलाकों में बड़ी संख्या में Police और security forces को तैनात किया गया है। प्रशासन की ओर से law and order बनाए रखने के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण रास्तों पर restrictions भी लगाए गए हैं।

BJP ने Civil Secretariat के gherao का plan बनाया है, जबकि National Conference ने statehood के मुद्दे को लेकर BJP office के बाहर counter protest करने का फैसला किया है। दोनों parties के workers के अलग-अलग routes से march करने की संभावना के चलते Srinagar में security व्यवस्था बढ़ाई गई है।

Srinagar Protest से पहले Lal Chowk में बढ़ी Security

Srinagar Protest को देखते हुए Lal Chowk के आसपास security arrangements काफी कड़े किए गए हैं। Officials के अनुसार, Ghanta Ghar की तरफ जाने वाले सभी प्रमुख entry points पर vehicles की movement को रोक दिया गया है।

BJP ने अपने workers को Ghanta Ghar के पास gather होने के लिए कहा है। इसके बाद workers Budshah Bridge से होते हुए River Jhelum को cross कर Civil Secretariat की तरफ march करने की योजना बना रहे हैं।

प्रशासन को आशंका है कि बड़ी संख्या में workers के एक जगह जमा होने से traffic और law and order से जुड़ी situation पैदा हो सकती है। इसी वजह से sensitive locations पर additional forces की deployment की गई है।

Jawahar Nagar में Roads Seal

BJP office की ओर जाने वाली roads पर भी security बढ़ा दी गई है। Jawahar Nagar में BJP office के आसपास movement को control करने के लिए कुछ रास्तों को seal किया गया है।

Security personnel लोगों की movement पर नजर रख रहे हैं और किसी भी तरह की बड़ी या अनियंत्रित gathering को रोकने की कोशिश की जा रही है। प्रशासन का focus यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि Srinagar Protest के दौरान आम लोगों को ज्यादा परेशानी न हो।

NC भी करेगी BJP Office का Gherao

दूसरी तरफ National Conference ने भी अपने workers को protest के लिए तैयार रहने को कहा है। NC workers को Rajbagh स्थित Gindun Sports Complex के बाहर gather होने के लिए कहा गया है।

इसके बाद workers BJP के office की तरफ march करने की योजना बना रहे हैं। NC का मुख्य मुद्दा Jammu and Kashmir की statehood restoration है।

Party का कहना है कि Union government ने Parliament और Supreme Court में statehood को लेकर जो commitments किए थे, उन पर जवाब और accountability होनी चाहिए।

Srinagar Protest में Statehood का मुद्दा

Srinagar Protest के बीच statehood restoration एक बड़ा political मुद्दा बना हुआ है। National Conference का कहना है कि Jammu and Kashmir का full statehood जल्द restore किया जाना चाहिए।

J&K को August 2019 में reorganise करके Jammu and Kashmir और Ladakh को अलग-अलग Union Territories बनाया गया था। इसके बाद से statehood restoration का मुद्दा लगातार political discussions में बना हुआ है।

December 2023 में Supreme Court ने Article 370 से जुड़े Centre के decision की constitutional validity को बरकरार रखा था। Court ने यह भी कहा था कि Jammu and Kashmir का statehood जल्द से जल्द restore किया जाना चाहिए।

BJP ने Omar Abdullah Government पर लगाए आरोप

BJP ने दूसरी तरफ Omar Abdullah government पर 2024 election campaign के दौरान किए गए promises को पूरा नहीं करने का आरोप लगाया है।

BJP के अनुसार, Jammu and Kashmir के youth के सामने unemployment, recruitment में transparency, job outsourcing और alleged corruption जैसे कई महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दे हैं।

Party spokesperson ने कहा कि J&K के youth सरकार से इन मुद्दों पर जवाब चाहते हैं। BJP ने backdoor appointments, job outsourcing, unemployment, corruption और unfulfilled commitments को लेकर Civil Secretariat के बाहर protest करने की बात कही है।

BJP का कहना है कि Jammu and Kashmir के युवाओं को jobs के साथ-साथ recruitment process में transparency भी मिलनी चाहिए।

Security Forces की रहेगी कड़ी नजर

दोनों political parties के protest plans को देखते हुए Srinagar में Police और security forces को alert रखा गया है। Lal Chowk और Jawahar Nagar जैसे sensitive areas में movement और gathering पर नजर रखी जा रही है।

Srinagar Protest के दौरान traffic movement को भी प्रभावित होने से बचाने की कोशिश की जा रही है। प्रशासन का मुख्य उद्देश्य किसी भी तरह की untoward incident को रोकना और शहर में normal situation बनाए रखना है।

फिलहाल BJP का focus Civil Secretariat gherao पर है, जबकि NC statehood के मुद्दे को लेकर BJP office तक march करने की तैयारी में है। दोनों sides के अलग-अलग protest programmes के कारण Srinagar में political tension और security arrangements दोनों बढ़ गए हैं।
