J&K Government ने Lecturers की Seniority से जुड़े लंबे समय से pending मामले को अब clear कर दिया है। करीब 6 साल बाद संबंधित Lecturers की seniority को वर्ष 2020 की official list में निर्धारित किया गया है। इससे अपनी seniority position को लेकर इंतजार कर रहे employees को अब स्थिति स्पष्ट होने की उम्मीद है।
2020 की List में तय हुई Position
सरकार की ओर से जारी रिकॉर्ड के अनुसार, संबंधित Lecturers की seniority position को 2020 की संबंधित list में fix किया गया है। लंबे समय से चल रही इस प्रक्रिया के पूरा होने के बाद अब उनकी position official record में दर्ज हो गई है।
यह मामला Lecturers के लिए इसलिए महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि service में seniority एक अहम administrative record होता है। Seniority से जुड़ी स्थिति स्पष्ट होने पर employees को अपने official service record को समझने में आसानी होती है।
6 साल से Pending था मामला

इस संबंध में जारी CTN (Communication/official record) में संबंधित details उपलब्ध हैं। Lecturers official document में अपना name, seniority position और अन्य संबंधित जानकारी check कर सकते हैं।
Employees को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अपनी details को official record में carefully verify करें और किसी discrepancy की स्थिति में संबंधित department से जानकारी प्राप्त करें।
Education Department के लिए भी अहम कदम
यह निर्णय J&K के Education Department में लंबे समय से pending service-related matters को clear करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम माना जा रहा है। Seniority record के finalisation से affected Lecturers को अपनी official position को लेकर बेहतर clarity मिलेगी।
