J&K Forest Rights पर नई Guidelines, Forest Land पर बढ़ी सख्ती
Forest Rights claims की processing होगी व्यवस्थित, वहीं unauthorised occupation और forest land encroachment पर कार्रवाई के निर्देश
J&K Forest Rights को लेकर Jammu Kashmir administration ने नई guidelines जारी की हैं। इन guidelines का उद्देश्य Forest Rights claims की processing को streamline करना और forest land पर unauthorised occupation के मामलों में सख्ती सुनिश्चित करना है। Forest, Ecology and Environment Department ने अधिकारियों को संबंधित कानूनों के अनुसार कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
Forest Rights Claims के लिए नई Guidelines
Forest, Ecology and Environment Department की ओर से जारी circular में कहा गया है कि forest land से जुड़े सभी मामलों में तय legal framework का सख्ती से पालन किया जाना चाहिए।
प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया कि forest rights claims की जांच और processing करते समय संबंधित कानूनों और निर्धारित procedure को ध्यान में रखना जरूरी है, ताकि eligible लोगों के claims पर उचित तरीके से कार्रवाई हो सके।
J&K Forest Rights Claims पर प्रशासन का Focus
J&K Forest Rights claims की जांच और processing के दौरान निर्धारित legal procedure का पालन करना होगा। प्रशासन का focus eligible लोगों के genuine claims पर उचित कार्रवाई करने के साथ-साथ forest land को unauthorised occupation और encroachment से बचाने पर है।
Forest Land पर Encroachment के खिलाफ सख्ती
नई guidelines में forest land पर unauthorised occupation और encroachment को लेकर भी स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए गए हैं। अधिकारियों को forest areas में नियमों के अनुसार कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया है।
इसका उद्देश्य एक तरफ genuine Forest Rights claims की प्रक्रिया को streamline करना और दूसरी तरफ सरकारी forest land पर अवैध कब्जे को रोकना है।
Indian Forest Act और Forest Rights Act का पालन जरूरी
Circular में दो प्रमुख कानूनों का विशेष रूप से उल्लेख किया गया है। इनमें Indian Forest Act, 1927 और Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006 शामिल हैं।
Department ने दोहराया है कि forest land से संबंधित हर action इन कानूनों के provisions के अनुसार ही किया जाना चाहिए।
प्रशासन का दोहरा फोकस
J&K administration की नई guidelines का मुख्य focus Forest Rights claims की transparent processing और forest land को unauthorised occupation से बचाना है। इससे claims की जांच में एक समान प्रक्रिया अपनाने और forest areas में नियमों के पालन को मजबूत करने की कोशिश की गई है।
