Defence Financial Boost: Rajnath Singh Approves 2x Powers for Armed Forces एक बड़ा strategic decision है, जिसे लेकर देशभर में चर्चा तेज हो गई है। Rajnath Singh ने Armed Forces को financial powers में 2x बढ़ोतरी देने की मंजूरी दी है, जिससे defence operations और procurement system को speed और flexibility मिलेगी।
यह Defence Financial Boost: Rajnath Singh Approves 2x Powers for Armed Forces कदम military readiness को और मजबूत बनाने की दिशा में एक important reform माना जा रहा है।
Joint Procurement और Decentralisation पर Focus
New reforms के तहत joint service procurement को promote करने के लिए नई provisions जोड़ी गई हैं, जहां lead service higher delegation के साथ procurement कर सकेगी।
इसके अलावा कई नए Competent Financial Authorities (CFA) भी introduce किए गए हैं ताकि goods और services की procurement को ज्यादा decentralise किया जा सके।
Defence Financial Boost: Aatmanirbharta और Defence R&D को Boost
Defence Ministry ने बताया कि indigenisation और Research & Development (R&D) के लिए financial powers को भी double कर दिया गया है। इसका main objective ‘Aatmanirbharta’ को boost करना है और foreign OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) पर dependency को कम करना है।
₹1.25 Lakh Crore Procurement को मिलेगा Push
Revised delegation system के under लगभग ₹1.25 lakh crore की procurement revenue route के through facilitate होगी, जो current budget allocations पर based है।
Ministry ने यह भी कहा कि financial powers को last time 2021 में notified किया गया था, लेकिन force expansion और operational expenditure बढ़ने की वजह से अब revision जरूरी था।
Faster Decision Making और Strong Defence System
Revised Defence Procurement Manual के साथ यह नया system defence procurement को और fast और efficient बनाएगा। इससे resources की timely availability सुनिश्चित होगी और armed forces की operational readiness और मजबूत होगी।

इस event में Chief of Defence Staff General N S Raja Subramani, Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi, Navy Chief Admiral Krishna Swaminathan और Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh भी present रहे।
