LG Sinha बोले: सिर्फ Marks नहीं, Talent भी जरूरी
जम्मू: Manoj Sinha ने गुरुवार को Nagrota के Panjgrain में Swami Pranavanand Vidyamandir के नए school building का उद्घाटन किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने कहा कि आज के दौर में सिर्फ marks पर आधारित education future के लिए सही नहीं है।
LG Sinha ने कहा कि छात्रों को creativity, communication skills, critical thinking और moral values के साथ आगे बढ़ाना जरूरी है।
Students और Teachers को दिया Nation Building का संदेश
LG Sinha ने कहा कि students और teachers को nation-building में योगदान देना चाहिए। classrooms को बदलती global जरूरतों के हिसाब से तैयार करना होगा ताकि भारत दुनिया की leading knowledge economy बन सके।
उन्होंने कहा कि unity in diversity भारत की सबसे बड़ी ताकत है, इसलिए बच्चों में cultural awareness बढ़ाना जरूरी है।
Communication Skills पर दिया जोर
LG ने कहा कि नई generation को clear expression, democratic values और collaboration सीखना चाहिए, जिससे prosperous J&K का सपना पूरा हो सके।
हर Talent को मिले बराबर सम्मान
उन्होंने कहा कि art, craft, music, sports और entrepreneurship में talented हर student को बराबर respect और opportunity मिलनी चाहिए।
LG Sinha ने कहा कि education system सिर्फ academics तक सीमित नहीं रहना चाहिए।
Marks से ज्यादा जरूरी Skills
उन्होंने कहा कि marks based education future के लिए fit नहीं है। छात्रों को lifelong learning, creativity और decision-making जैसी skills सिखानी होंगी, जिन्हें कोई machine replace नहीं कर सकती।
AI और Automation से बदल रही दुनिया
LG ने कहा कि दुनिया तेजी से बदल रही है। आज jobs और careers में लगातार skilling और upskilling की जरूरत है।
उन्होंने कहा कि AI और automation industries, offices, hospitals और schools को बदल रहे हैं, इसलिए human resource को एक कदम आगे रहना होगा।
NEP से बनेगा Viksit Bharat
उन्होंने National Education Policy (NEP) को देश के लिए powerful tool बताया। कहा कि इससे rural-urban gap कम होगा और meritorious students को नए मौके मिलेंगे।
School से हजारों बच्चों को फायदा
LG ने कहा कि building पूरी होने के बाद यहां 1,500 से ज्यादा students पढ़ सकेंगे। future hostel facility से 100 boys को भी फायदा मिलेगा।

इस मौके पर सांसद Jugal Kishore Sharma, विधायक Devyani Rana और अन्य गणमान्य लोग मौजूद रहे।
