Rural Employment को नई दिशा: KVK Bandipora ने VB-G RAM G Awareness Campaign से गांवों में जगाई उम्मीद
ग्रामीण रोज़गार और आजीविका को मज़बूत करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल करते हुए Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Bandipora-1 ने शनिवार को VB-G RAM G (Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission – Gramin) पर एक Awareness Campaign का आयोजन किया।
इस programme का मुख्य उद्देश्य rural stakeholders को scheme के objectives, provisions और scope की जानकारी देना और rural employment को livelihood-oriented activities से जोड़ना रहा।
VB-G RAM G scheme को MGNREGA के स्थान पर लागू किया गया है, जिसमें प्रति household 125 days तक wage guarantee, durable assets के निर्माण, rural infrastructure development और agriculture व allied sectors के साथ convergence पर विशेष ज़ोर दिया गया है। यह योजना Viksit Bharat vision के अनुरूप तैयार की गई है।
Awareness activities को एक coordinated extension approach के तहत लागू किया गया। इसके अंतर्गत ongoing KVK training programmes में scheme से जुड़ी जानकारी को integrate किया गया, village-level goshties, walking seminars, extension literature और digital platforms के माध्यम से information dissemination किया गया। गांवों में field-based interactions और group discussions आयोजित कर farmers और rural households से सीधा संवाद स्थापित किया गया।
Village goshties और walking seminars के दौरान livelihood opportunities, wage guarantee provisions और durable asset creation जैसे विषयों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई, साथ ही scheme के objectives और implementation framework पर भी लोगों को sensitise किया गया।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान Dr. Tariq Sultan, Senior Scientist एवं Head, KVK Bandipora-1 ने Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission की प्रमुख विशेषताओं पर प्रकाश डालते हुए community participation और grassroots level implementation की अहमियत पर ज़ोर दिया।
Subject Matter Specialist (Vegetable Science) ने labour-intensive horticultural activities और improved production practices के ज़रिये vegetable-based livelihoods को मज़बूत करने में scheme की भूमिका को रेखांकित किया। वहीं Subject Matter Specialist (Animal Science) ने livestock-related activities, fodder development, animal housing और allied income-generating interventions में इस programme की relevance को समझाया।
Resource persons ने participants को sustainable agricultural practices को बढ़ावा देने और farm productivity को support करने वाले durable assets के निर्माण में scheme की भूमिका से अवगत कराया। उन्होंने awareness, capacity building और खास तौर पर women participation को scheme के लाभ उठाने के लिए बेहद ज़रूरी बताया।
