FCI Godowns Surprise Check: Satish Sharma का सख़्त संदेश, “People को मिलेगा सिर्फ Quality Food”
Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) मंत्री Satish Sharma ने आज Jammu में Food Corporation of India (FCI) के godowns का surprise inspection किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने storage system, food grains quality और public distribution mechanism का first-hand review लिया।
निरीक्षण के दौरान मंत्री ने FCI के विभिन्न storage sheds का जायज़ा लिया और stock की स्थिति को बारीकी से परखा। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को साफ निर्देश दिए कि food grains की proper segregation सुनिश्चित की जाए और Public Distribution System (PDS) के तहत आम जनता को sirf high-quality grains ही वितरित किए जाएं।
Quality Test Lab और Records की भी जांच
Satish Sharma ने stock registers, procurement और distribution से जुड़े records की भी जांच की। इसके अलावा उन्होंने FCI परिसर में स्थित quality testing laboratory का दौरा किया और fresh व stored food grains की testing procedures की समीक्षा की।
मंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि quality control norms का सख्ती से पालन किया जाए और कोई भी substandard या unfit food grains जनता तक न पहुंचे।
Government की Zero Tolerance Policy
मंत्री ने कहा कि Chief Minister Omar Abdullah के नेतृत्व में सरकार consumer interests और food security को लेकर पूरी तरह committed है।
“Government की priority है कि लोगों को safe, nutritious और quality food grains मिलें। Storage, handling या distribution में किसी भी तरह की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी,” Satish Sharma ने दो टूक कहा।
उन्होंने monitoring system को और मजबूत करने तथा regular inspections कराने पर ज़ोर दिया, ताकि procurement से लेकर distribution तक food grains की integrity बनी रहे।
इस मौके पर FCI और Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs के senior officers भी मंत्री के साथ मौजूद रहे।
